Getting Hire Feedback

Feedback is important to any customer service business as without the customers there would be no business. However, when you get to the position of running your own business, it can become harder to control the quality and service your customers receive from your staff. It can also be hard to keep an eye on all of your customer interactions, this is why it is important to get feedback directly from your customers.

Businesses such as limo hire companies rely heavily on good customer service, not only to ensure repeat business, but also to initiate referrals. Since limo hire can be a costly luxury and there are so many limo hire companies out there, many people hiring limos rely on the word of their friends and families and their good experiences.

However, some customers feel bad about giving negative feedback, especially if they are returning a feedback form to the person they are being negative about. This is why many limo hire companies try to do the surveys after the limo hire is over by mailing out feedback forms and having them returned ‘anonymously’.

The forms can’t always be anonymous because then the limo hire company operator would not know which chauffeur or booking agent is being reviewed on the anonymous form.

To save on the mailing and collating of feedback responses, some limo hire companies even have a feedback form on their website which they encourage passengers to visit after their limo hire experience. 

This way the responses can either be emailed straight back to the limo hire company, or the website can be set up to be a comments page where other people viewing the site can see the feedback from past passengers, engaging the ‘word of mouth’ advertising tactic at the same time. In this case the limo hire company still has the power to control what is listed on the comments page and can directly address any negative experiences.
